As a country we clearly are in an unprecedented time right now. The global COVID-19 pandemic has brought change and uncertainty to our customers, our team members, our communities and certainly to all of us personally.
As an active partner in the dental profession, we are closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19. We have mitigation plans in place to support and protect all our North American operations health and safety.
As the COVID-19 virus continues to spread, our thoughts and prayers go out to anyone who has been impacted. We hope that you, your family, and staff are taking precautions to remain safe. At Cap City Dental Lab, our number one priority is to keep our employees, our customers, and our communities safe, and we have taken swift actions to meet these objectives.
Our leadership team has been meeting on a daily basis since March 2. We have taken a number of actions over the past several weeks, including cancelling all domestic business travel, cancelling all non-essential meetings, implementing work from home practices, social distancing in production areas, increased cleaning protocols and have business mitigation plans in place should they be required.
Our decisions are focused on the following – erring on the side of caution to help reduce the spread of the virus in our communities.
We are committed to providing information and a safe work environment for our team members and yours. We are monitoring information from various governing bodies on the COVID-19 matter and are committed to keeping you informed as the situation evolves in the days and weeks ahead.
